To me what can make or break a relationship is the ability of those in the relationship to move through conflict effectively. If the purpose of the relationship is to learn and grow in that relationship, then I can be the support that helps resolve conflicts. I have more then three decades of experience as a Relationship Counselor.

I have had extensive experience not only as a relationship counselor but as a client as well. So from me, you not only get the benefits of my years of education, my years of seeing clients individually and in groups as a licensed therapist, but you also get the wisdom I have been gifted with as I have traveled my own journey from growing up in an alcoholic family system and having gone through my own recovery process.

I love doing this work by supporting others into creating healthier happier connections. My approach can be an added support to any 12 – step program of recovery.
